Active Members and Pensioners
Members and Pensioners should advise the Union Hall and Zenith of any address changes, telephone number changes, and changes in your personal status (marriage, divorce, beneficiary, birth, death etc.).
Active Members
Annual Employment/Hours Statements were mailed in September. Please review your Statement and advise the Union Hall of any missing hours.
Health Fund Participants
Young adults between the ages of 19 & 26 are eligible for coverage under their parent’s/guardian’s... If a participant of Ironworkers local 12 health fund needs to enroll a new dependent or change a beneficiary please print out the highlighted forms and return them to Zenith with copies of the dependent's birth certificate , marriage certificate or etc..
Pensioners
Annual Pension Verification statements were mailed in October. The form may be notarized at the Union Hall at no cost to our Pensioners.
